Test Drove the Getaway Car

Jack Kettles walked into an Amtrust Bank branch in Prescott, AZ, passed a demand note to the teller, and walk out with an undisclosed amount of cash. He fled the bank in a taxi that he presumably arrived in and was waiting outside for him.
