Fed Extends Regulation O Exemption for PPP Loans to Directors and Principal Shareholders

The Federal Reserve Board issued an interim final rule (with a request for comments) to extend the exemption under Regulation O for SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans to directors and principal shareholders.
