ECOA and Appraisals: Both Notices & Copies are Mandatory (6 Action Steps)

The Dodd-Frank Act has implemented key changes in the procedures for notifying applicants for dwelling-secured loans of their right to, and providing copies of, appraisals. Providing appraisals will now be required for all applicants, including business-purpose loans.
