Effective date for Sec. 208 of Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act

Effective date for Sec. 208 of the Act, titled "Application of the Expedited Funds Availability Act." This section amends the EFAA by

• Adding American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam to the definition of "State" and to the definition of "United States."
• Adding American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam to the list of "states" where there is an extension of one day for certain deposits in noncontiguous states or territories.
