Our Bank policy is not to pay probationary employees for holiday pay, citing this as an employee benefit, which probationary employees are not entitled to. I believe this is not correct and that these employees should be paid. Can you help me with this issue?

I am reviewing the bank's required signage and came across the 5-in-1 Employment poster. I am reading that it is required to be visible to job applicants and employees and the poster should include 5 parts, and if not in a combined poster, individual signs must be posted in the manager's office or lobby. We currently have ours in the break room, which is visible to employees but it is not to job applicants. Would you recommend getting another poster for the bank's lobby as well?
I overheard an employee recommending to a customer to deposit part of a deposit one day and the rest of the money the next day, therefore avoiding the filing of a CTR. What action would need to be taken on this employee? I need to make sure that all the bases are covered and all the reports needing filed are filed.
My customer mailed a check to their employee. The employee had moved and someone else cashed the check. My customer gave their employee the money for the stolen check. My customer wants the bank to credit his account and return the check because of the forged endorsement on the back of the check. This took place over 4 weeks ago. It is my understanding the check can be returned up to 36 months later when dealing with forged endorsements of the payee. Is this correct?

When training bank employees, what is the minimum training allowed? We are getting a new core this year and it is going to monopolize a lot of time training for it. We want to stay within the legal guidelines and maintain a curriculum, but need to streamline it for core training purposes.
