Our grocery store branches have limited floor space. During the day they can move some signs to the walkway in front of the branch and at night, pull them back in before the gate is lowered. For ease of use and to vary the product offerings they are using whiteboards and people with really nice penmanship. What compliance problems are there with whiteboards?

Our legal department just notified us that the Equal Housing Lender poster will need to be updated because the FDIC is making changes. Can you tell me where I can get copies of the updated poster? Is it available in both hard copy and PDF format?

I just ordered Equal Housing Lender posters in October 2007 and another person in the bank ordered them since then. I got mine from the Comptroller of the Currency and the others came from the FDIC. They are exactly the same except for the address for processing under the Federal Fair Housing Act. The posters I received have an address for the Comptroller of the Currency and the other posters ordered have an address for the FDIC. Which is correct or does it matter?

Where can I get new Fair Lending and HMDA posters for the lobby? I have searched the internet, but I know there has to be something I am missing.

Where would I find specific information as to the requirements for the use and display of the equal housing lender logo? I represent a lender only and as such not regulated under FDIC as we have no deposits, we just make Veterans Home Loans. Can you direct me to a web site for those specifics?

Do we have to use both the "Equal Housing Opportunity" and the "Equal Credit Opportunity" logos on our lending advertisements or is just one of them sufficient? We're a state-chartered nonmember bank.

We are planning a two-sided direct mail postcard. The copy on one side simply states “Living the American Dream.” The flip side lists several of our mortgage products (first time homebuyer, fixed and adjustable rate mortgages, and land and construction loans) as part of the copy. Does it matter which side we place the Equal Housing Lender and Member FDIC logos?

We give away pens with our name, logo, FDIC logo and Equal housing lender on them. We received an order today, and the company left off the FDIC logo and equal housing lender. Should we send them back or is it alright to use them?

Our primary regulator is the FDIC. Do we need to place the Member FDIC and Equal Housing Lender logo's on bank forms that go out to deposit and/or lending customers (form letters, adverse action notices, etc)?
