My bank is currently perparing to enter into secondary market mortgages. I have very little knowledge about this subject. Could any one provide me with a name of a resource on the subject?

Fannie Mae provides some resources that might get you started. Freddie probably has some kind of "starter kit" too.

For a relatively small amount of money you can subscribe to AllRegs, which contains all the Fannie and Freddie requirements, including quality control process requirements. It is online and any number of employees in the same building can be given access. It is a good deal and very helpful.

Make sure you get the quality control requirements of all your investors, as well as the seller/servicer agreements so you know what those requirements are.
