I've talked to the IT department. If I should take a bite out of my monitor today, it was an accident.

I like to soak mine overnight too, in a little bbq sauce and garlic before I slow cook them the next day. Just the way I do it

As in Talullah Bankhead? She was a very over-theatrical diva/vamp. Says a lot DQ

"Used to be" DQ?????

The scary thing is that I actually know who Talulah Bankhead was, and I think I remember what she looked like. I believe was one of those vampy stars who always had a cigarette in a cigarette holder, and called everyone 'dahhhhlinggg'.

Ah yes - the 50's - such a different time and place!

(But remember - I only remember her from seeing old films on TV)

I've met DQ and I can vouch for your description fitting her to a T, Pooh.

OK, so I am a smoker, and a bit vampy, dramatic, and love martinis... Just makes me a fun-lovin' girl!

No problem. One word of advice - if you don't cook with sage very often, a little bit goes a LONG way. Let me know how they turn out!

Thanks everybody, I couldn't decide what I wanted for lunch and now I know I am going for some good ole KC barbeque. Yummy.

Gee, guess I have been busy, didn't have time to check back in.

I went to Gates, it is a couple of blocks away. Not my favorite KC Barbeque but pretty good. It hit the spot.

I used your rub, wrapped them in foil, baked them in the foil at 250 for 2.5 hrs... then grilled them.

I make six slab and there are only two left.

LOL! Glad they turned out well for you. Did they fall apart completely? Ours usually do.

No, but they fell right off the bone when we were eating them. They were good, Mummy enjoyed them, too!

Homemade slaw and mac salad rounded it out.

Thanks!
