I received a marketing piece from a training company that said that we are required to resurvey our employees for the 2008 EEO-1 report. However, I have not been able to find any other information about this requirement online. Does anyone know where I can find additional information about whether or not I need to resurvey all of my employees before completing this year's EEO-1?
