We are going to one of those monthly premium insurance products where the insurance company debit the customers acct. I'm "assuming" that both of those blasted Consumer Protection - Soliciation/Sales of Insurance disclosures are required. Any opinions?

I would agree. I don't recall any exemption for monthly premium vs. single premium. (However I haven't looked at this for awhile.)
