Where can I find information on changes to fees and service charges. Are there limits to overdraft fees, NSF fees, stop payment fees, ect? How much notice do I have to give before making changes

Check state law on any limits it might contain.

As you plan your changes and give your notice (30 days is common, but as noted, check your states laws and DD) remember that you'll be giving two notices at new accounts for a time, the way it is and the way it will be on "x" date.

DD will apply since it looks like the fees you mentioned are account related.

More specifically in DD, look at 230.5.
