When a customer submits an identity theft dispute and we provide provisional credit with the intent for the customer to provide in writing the identity theft affadavit and packet, how long must we give them to provide the affadavit to the Bank before we take back the provisional credit?

Are we required to give them provisional credit while investigating an identity theft dispute?
