That reminds of me Iron Chef when they use meats to make desserts. I'm not sure how I feel about liver ice cream.

Not much to do in Tacoma. But you'll have to check out Archie McPhee's in Seattle (where else can you buy bacon floss and underpants for squirrels?) http://www.mcphee.com/ Dear Santa, Please bring me a tub of mini ninjas for Christmas. I've been a good girl this year. I have only bitten 5 people this week. Give Rudolph a nose honk for me Signed, EyeCU

Hey, BB--on Dinner:Impossible Michael Symon created a dessert with bacon....he oven-baked the bacon to a crisp then coated it with chocolate and crushed almonds....everyone who tasted it on the show thought it was FABULOUS!! Thought you'd get a kick out of that!!

Dear Santa,
Please bring me a tub of mini flying cats for Christmas. I've been a good girl this year. I have only scratched 5 people this week.
Give Rudolph a nose honk for me

ET, thanks for the idea. I'm certain to try this soon.
Drat!! I mapped out going to Archie McPhee's via bus from our hotel but we spent most of Monday in the Fremont District drinking. By the time I remembered I wanted to go to McPhee's I wasn't in the proper shape to go shopping in public. Grrr!!!! But, I really think we'll return to Seattle in the next year, especially since the light rail addition from SEA-TAC should be completed by then.
