Do we need to post our HMDA Instituion Register Summary in the bank lobby, or just keep the last 2 years' in our public file?

You don't need to put it in the lobby at all. You keep the last two years in the CRA public file (I copied ours to a CD and put that in there). don't forget that HMDA requires that you keep the statements for 5 years.
