we are in the process of setting up safe deposit box rentals for our customers :-)
I am in Massachusetts, my 2 questions are:
# of dormany days
and
#of escheat days.
I've been searching everywhere with no luck?
Anyone able to help me?

Special rules apply to the contents of safe deposit boxes.

You should review Massachusetts General Laws, ch. ch. 158, sec. 17 and, if you are at a credit union, ch. 171, sec. 75.

Also, review the State Treasurer's Abandoned Property Regulations.
