I'm quite happy with it. Pages load a bit faster.

Not happy with it. Slower than it was before. Tried to change the 'mood' smiley, doesn't work. Things seem to be a bit discombobulated.

Pages are faster, but lots of extra 'business'.

Having the alternating blue and white threads is WAY too busy for my eyes and I skip over some of the titles because my eyes are drawn to the white ones more, or is it the blue ones?

I do liek that the polls nwo tell you how many people voted in addition to the %. That is useful and is a good upgrade. Everythign else is just foo-foo.

BOL, why change a good thing?

By the way, BOL is still just as slow as it was before the "up grade." I dont' notice any difference in speed. Took forever to post my last reply.

And I'm thankful that the new BOL still doesn't correct Dip's spelling! wink

Eeeew! Hate the way my PM's show up now! What happened to having a line separating each PM?

CompGuy-- Of all the "upgrades" BOL implements, I AM surprised they haven't added a spell checker yet. I doubt I'd use it though... grin

I agree with Dip - the blue & white striped threads is hard to read, and the pages don't load any faster. In fact, my first post this morning, the page didn't load at all!

And the polls showed the number of votes before - that's nothing new.

Yup. I think the difference is that they used to be right next to the blue bars, and now they're in a separate column.

The updates make all of the pages look too busy, IMHO.

The mood smiley depends on your "Preferences" setting as to whether you choose to let it show if you're online. If you hide yourself from being shown as online, the mood smiley stays greyed out.

It's not staying greyed out on mine and my preference is marked not to show.

TR, you will be able to see the icon next to your login/log out status. The icon next to your screen name when you post appears grey to the rest of us.

In fact, if you hover above the smiley (nest to the screenname when you post, as Becka stated) it will say either "Online" or "Offline."
