I have a nice cheat sheet for auditing loan files, but pre-quals aren't loan files.

If customers come in for the "warm, fuzzy, how much house can I shop for" non-application-pre-qual, do they leave with any disclosures?

I'm looking at loaded pre-qual files all that have "TBD" in any space that is address related.

If there's no house, then no disclosures.
