We have a customer requesting a loan to purchase a home. The original request was a husband and wife as joint borrowers, that request was denied. The husband applied a second time with a different co-signor and was denied again. He applied a third time with another co-signor and was once again denied. Do we need to provide a TILA for all three loan requests? The denial came more than 3 days after the applications were received.

You have three separate applications so if the loans were not denied within the 3 day period there should be 3 early TILs.
