We collect a VSI fee for some consumer transactions (e.g., mobile homes). If the fee remitted to the insurance agent, who is listed on the HUD-1 as receiving the fee, the agent or the insurance company?

The insurance company would be the ultimate recipient of the fee.

In which line series would the VSI insurance be listed on the HUD?
