We have a customer who is not satisfied with our privacy disclosure stating that third parties may have his information in the course of doing business with us. He wants a listing of the actual names of the companies that would have his information in their possession.

Have you ever had customers make similar requests? If so, what did you do?

Nothing ever surprises me that customers are "not satisfied with". YOu don't have to divulge any specific information. YOu could say "such as check printing companies," which may help.
