"I think when the history of this period is written, people will realize a lot of the decisions that were made on Wall Street took place over a decade or so, before I arrived." -- George W. Bush

Say what?

P.S. Before you click the link, stop and think about who was President 10 years prior to 2000.

He took office in 2001...same result, but still it was 2001. We all knew it back then...we watched Michael Douglas in Wall Street and that was 1987.

Land of Steady Habits
No Bush, no Cheney, no Rove, No Rice, very few Republicans...how will the media fill their time without these people to pick on and pick over during the news?

I recently say a bumper sticker..."I'd rather go hunting with Dick Cheney than riding with Ted Kennedy."

Remember when republicans were the color "blue" and democrates were the color "red"? Wonder why that changed?

Can anyne say Tim Russert (may he rest in peace). Former democratic worker who thought being liberal and socialist and red didn't match so he switched the colors in 2000.

Somehow though someone will claim it was Bush's fault.
