In doing our branch reviews, we notice that the branches have insurance product information (tent cards, brohures, etc.) on the customer counter where customers can fill out deposit slips, etc. before going to the teller window. We've thought about asking them to relocate this information, but I wanted to confirm that this would/would not be necessary. Thank you for your help.

YES! It is necessary! Your NDIP materials may not be near where deposit activity takes place. It would be best if you could move them to a separate table or a separate brochure rack that contains information for only those products that are not FDIC insured.
