This disclosure is to be provided for all mortgage loans correct? If yes, we have many investors who purchase rental properties. We still need to have them sign the disclosure and provide them with a copy, right? In the address section, do we enter the collateral on the loan of the individual's address? Also, what if the loan is in a business? Do we have the individuals sign on behalf of the business?

An email from KBA in September read that the notice should be provided "at the time of closing on any loan that has a mortgage on their home associated with it." The way this reads it would have to be the home that live in.

The regulation (KRS 286.2-020) states that "a mortgagee shall provide to the homeowner any brochure, pamphlet, or other brief document prepared or approved by the Ky Housing Corp. that describes the services provided by the Kentucky Homeownership Protection Center." Reading this, it should go to any homeowner regardless of whether it is their residence or a rental house.

Is there anywhere that clarifies the definition of homeowner or home loan?
