Also, Caylees' funeral might be soon.
The plastic garbage bag looks like it matches to the one Cindy gave LE in August.
The tape is being matched to the tape on the gas can that was confiscated back when Casey stole the cans for gas.

Lee is going to be investigated after funeral - LE stated he knows more than he told us before.

Just before the body was found they said there was an appeal on the table -by the defense team..... then body was found and it was taken off----by defense team------

Word is Lee was on the other end of the phone conversation when the private investigator- Casey- was in the woods - looking for the body.........
I always thought Lee deleted files on Caseys' laptop at Tonys' before he brought it home and LE took it.

I saw yesterday on NG that crazies from around the country were padding Casey's prison accoutn (can't remember the term for it) with cash.

I got to watch the live hearing today.
The judge called Baez wanting to take the prosectors (sp) off the case ridiculous!
The trial won't begin until maybe the end of 2009- beginning of 2010.
The judge hasn't decided yet on change of venue.
The judge hasn't decide yet on Tim Miller providing all the searchers private information when they searched for Caylee.

The good thing is the twit will be sitting in jail until the trial.

The jail also said NO WAY on the Anthonys' holding a private funeral service in the jail with Casey.

George the father is suppose to be released from the hospital today but might be going in another one closer to home.

In any event, what's the story about the little girl's father. Is he out of the picture somehow? (I assume the mom wasn't married.)

George is the little girl's Grandfather.

We still don't know the whole story about who the Caylee's father is. At one point they thought it would be Lee (Casey's brother).

Oh, if incest is going on then the family's reaction might seem to make a little more sense. I suppose DNA testing could confirm all that, right? If so, it will probably come out in the trial now that they found Caylee's remains.

More on the memorial service

There is alot going on with that family. The source says that LE already knows WHO the father is of Caylee Marie.

It just makes people suspicious when Cindy (Caseys' mom) says one thing about the father of Caylee and then 2 months later says something else. For all we know Casey DOES NOT know who the father was as she had sex (can I say that word here?) with alot of guys. You'd think she would have been on birth control knowing what we know now that she did not want the child.

We can't even believe anything that comes out of Caseys' mouth-she stated the father died in a car wreck coming to Caylees' 2nd birthday party- we know that isn't true. Someone once stated when her lips move nothing but lies come out.

I'm really on the pole about the memorial service - I know there is alot of people who grew to love Caylee Marie, myself included - I can't get myself away from this sad and disgusting story- and I know alot of people want to show their respect to Caylee Marie- I just hope the memorial does not turn into a circus. I have another problem with the private security and the law enforcement and the metal detectors (but I agree people should be checked at the church) who in the world is paying for these services????????? I imagine the people of Florida are!

I prayed alot for Caylees' body to be found. I thank God every day that she was found. Now all I want to see like millions of people is justice for Caylee!!

Sympathy for George and Cindy? I don't know- We can stand up and shout for them to get real and look at the evidence and come clean in what they know - but they have to answer to themselves and God someday- and I have to leave it alone.

Closure? We might have closure once the party is found guilty and sentenced. But can you really tell me that a memorial for Caylee Marie is going to give those parents closure? Are you going to tell me that burying her or cremating her is going to give them closure? Good God - they will never have closure in the death of their grandaughter- they will feel the pain and deal with the pain until they die.

Last night NG reported that Casey is selling off pictures of herself and Caylee to the media in order to make $$$ for a defense fund.

Yeah, I heard that. She is disgusting and she is a twit.
She feels nothing for her daughter- she doesn't care.
This whole defense is a crock of bull. They should be concentrating on defending the twit and get it going- instead of talking to the media- that Baez is turning into quite a liar like her.

I love NG but she has been annoying the last few months. Last night though she did get on that defense lady pretty good. I love Padilla- I loved what she said to him- but Padilla is Padilla and I think he is A-OK in my book. Even though sometimes he makes statements that have you turning upside down and around and around.

The only things I heard was that George was proud of Lee and how he turned out. George said he felt Casey was strong and that she did not harm her daughter. BAAAAAAAAWAAAAAAAAA on that one.
George also apologized that he was a terrible husband and father.

Not sure if his letter will ever be made public.
Too bad he went home and not into another hospital to continue his therapy. He should not have went back home. Too soon.
