Hello. I have been searching the regs and the threads for specific information regarding CDs. I am looking for something in the regs about making deposits to CDs before maturity. Can someone please point me to the right place to look for this information?

I think there is an option to establish a time deposit open account (TDOA). As I recall you would have to assess a 7 day penalty on funds withdrawn with 6 days of a deposit.
