Start with Appendix Q in the BSA Exam Manual. Otherwise - good luck smile

Certianly not ALL - but I do have a list that I have used for Board education.
If you would like it send me a PM.

Be careful. The use of acronyms, jargon, and code words can lead to oversimplification and serious communication problems. The worst reimbursement case I've seen in 39 years of experience with Reg. Z stemmed from a miscommunication involving the commonly (mis)used term "the T-bill rate."

Agree with Richard.

Once upon a time (before privacy), someone mentioned to a customer at the teller line that she was "OD" (overdrawn). In adjascent lines (also at the teller windows and within earshot) were a police officer on one side and a nurse on the other.

OD had an entrely different meaning to them.

I agree with Richard. We train our staff not to use bank lingo or acronyms.
