Are there any regulations against offering an email based newsletter to customers that will advise them of upcoming promotions within the bank? They do not get any special rates and they must sign up and if they decide they no longer wish to receive the e-newsletter they can simply contact the bank to unsubscribe. I don't see any problems. Do you?
