Currently, we state our cutoff time beign 2:30 that is the earliest. Our drives are open until 5 and our main bank is open until 4:30. I think our cutoff time will be 4 or 4:30. This is the time we need to disclose in our policy? Our branches close at 3.

If all deposits received during the business day are posted on that business day, I don't think you would disclose a daily cut-off.

Our drive ups are open until 5. As long as we process those upto 5 we don't need to disclose a cut off? Teh only time we will is if we cut off before 5? Our Main Bank closes at 4:30. Lets say our cutoff time is 4:30 when the Mai Bank closes so we would disclose our cut off time being 4:30 because we are stopping posting transactions on that time but will have branches open until 5?
