Does anyone use electronic disclosure from Wolters Kluwer. We currently have all of our disclosures (Privacy, Terms & Conditions, Reg E, Reg CC, New Account, fee) all in one brochure. We buy these from Wolters Kluwer. Our new COO wants everything to be electronic. We use Platform for our new account system. Can anyone share their insight on electronic disclosures and what you provide in them?

When you say Our new COO wants everything to be electronic, do you mean he wants everything to be on Platform? If so, you can have the Wolters Kluwer forms on Platform. That is what we do.

We use a separate program called CLS for these disclosures and it integrates with Platform as well.
