We're updating our Appraisal Policy and are a FDIC/TDSML (Texas Dept of Savings and Mortgage Lending) institution - what FILs/etc give me direction on what our policy should cover/address. I'm not a lender (retail and operations by trade) but I've been asked to help the senior lender with this. I'm seeing things like USPAP(?), OCC - which wouldn't apply to us, I don't think; SR94-95, etc - anyone with any feedback can PM me as well.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
