The FRB issued a release about improved disclosures to consumers for credit card accounts and other non-HELOC revolving credit plans. I'm guessing this would include personal lines of credit, but I can't find anything in the press release as to what "other non-HELOC RC Plans" means. Does anyone have any info on this

It's not specifically stated but the phrase used is "open-end (revolving) credit that is not home secured." To us this would include our overdraft line of credit and personal line of credit which other than credit cards are our only revolving non-HELOC plans.
