I have been asked to find out if there are "requirements" for encrypting phone calls that have been recorded such as the wire room phone line recorder. I have heard that for the recording to stand up in court we must prove that we have protected the file from being altered, We are currently encrypting today, but are moving some departments to a new location and may not be able to encrypt when we move. Any help would be appreciated.
