we are setting up a syatem for servicing alerts to customers. When a customer opens an account online they will get a servicing alert email acknowledging the service performed and when their online statement will be available. My question is what information should be in that alert? We plan to use the last 4 digits of the account number, a customer name,a link to the bank's website and links to report phishing. Is this too much and is there requirements as to what information must be included?
