Ok guys... on the website checklist found on bankers online, there is a section on copyrighting your website. I know the obvious reason why it's a good idea, but what are the legal reasons that I can provide to a bank? I should probably refer them to legal counsel, but I thought I would get you all's thoughts.

If you write content on your website, don't you want it protected?

Well, that was my thought exactly, but you know how some banks are... they question EVERYTHING and want EVERYTHING in writing. It's enough to give me a headache today. smile
