Using the old PA schedule (which I know was the most recent in 1998 - I don't think the new one has gone out yet), I am not sure how long we must keep closed acct signature cards it says "5-6-p" for deposit accts and "1 current -film 20" for savings and time - can anyone share with me what you're doing at your institution? Is there a more defined period that perhaps I haven't found yet?

Just saw your post - We keep DDA & Savings 6 yrs. after close and CD info 5 yrs. after close. (FYI - The schedule I use is from 1994)

May I ask where you get your most recent retention schedule? Ours is even older, but our PACB couldn't help us out with a newer one.
