I am sure there is a post on this already but we are implementing branch capture. Our live date is 3/3/08. I would like to know how long others who are using this keep the physical hard copies? My original thought was about 90 days but our COO thinks maybe we could do 30 or 60? I just wanted to find out what other banks are doing.

This should be all addressed based on your required risk assessment, rather than what other banks may be doing.

We keep 90 days then have a certificate of destruction once the items are destroyed.

We suggest customers keep 60 days worth. It is also stated on the agreement the customer signs.
