On a bank web site you have to have a link for "privacy". Do you have to have separate links at the bottom of the home page for Is fair lending and a social security policy? Our attorney is insisting the they be called out in links like this.

Regs don't require any links unless content triggers additional disclosures.

The guidance is that you have a link for security and for privacy notifications. There isn't a requirement for any specific "title". But the clearer it is the better, you want your customers to be able to find it.
