We are in the process of revamping our job description and review process. Currently the job descriptions include a "monetary risk level" to the bank. For example, based on the position, the job needs to be rated what the monetary risk is for that position. Is this something that is required? We want to remove it, as it has no value in our opinion.

Monetary risk as in theft of actual cash?

We just had of all our job descriptions rewritten last year by an outside source. There is nothing in them about "monetary risk levels". Of course we are in PA and it may be different where you are.
