Hello,

What is everyone using for a training program? Is your bank conducting their own you made up or are you getting your training through another company? Thanks

That would be me. I'm expected to write procedures, train all staff and monitor compliance for everything (BSA included). Sometimes there just aren't enough hours in a day, days in a week, etc. But hey, I'm not about to complain! At least I am employed.

We use a combo of BVS on-line training and in-house training through conference calls mainly.

We use a combination of BAI (online web training) and in person training. Like you- I'm expected to cover the in person training-

We use ABA Frontline training. Each department is responsible for department training. I monitor that training has been completed. I also work with departments to review materials they created.
