Can anyone tell me what the CRA Lobby Notice is to look like for a bank regulated by the FDIC? We use the example in the CRA regulation, Appendix B, but our examiner told us we need to change the regulator.

Curled up by the fire...
If you are FDIC regulated, you would replace the Federal Reserve Board contact info in the notice provided in the Reg.

Ours reads This list is available from the Regional Manager, Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection, FDIC, San Francisco Regional Office, 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300...

You'll just need to get the right regional office and address for your FDIC office.

This why i think it is important for banks to use the regs of their regulator and not just the letter regs.

Because a bank's CRA Officer may change for various reasons over time, is it appropriate on the Notice to list in the bank contact information "CRA Officer, 123 Main Street..." as oppose to actual name of CRA Officer? This would prevent having to change the branch notices when these changes occur.

That is fine. Nothing in the reg that states you must use a persons name
