Our DP Department is saying that in addition to the Internet Banking Agreement and Disclosure Statement that we already provide to our Internet Banking Customers (upon initiation), that we also need to have a "Sign On Policy".

It's my understanding that the Sign on Policy is a disclaimer that states we have a secure website but that they are assuming all risks by using the site, etc. I have been unable to find any examples of a sign on policy. Does anyone have both the Internet Banking Agreement and Disclosure Statement and a Sign On Policy on the site?

If you do, would you be willing to share the policy?

If you go to our Login Page you can click on "show disclaimer" in the bottomw right hand corner. This is our version.

Yes, I think most banks refer to it as their "disclaimer" or "legal disclosure". I see them on just about every site.
