I have a question regarding a possible form in existence for use when you have a Home Restoration company that wants to be able to deposit 3rd party checks for the amount owed to him for work completed. Insurance proceeds are payable to the homeowner and the Mortgagee. Does anyone know of an acceptable "assignment"-type form used in this purpose?

I can remember making the inspections for the mortgagee and endorsing the check over to the customer, but hadn't run into assignments to the restoration company. I can see where this is a prudent practice on the restorer's part...just don't have a form!
