It was recommended by our State examiners to have some kind of ACH Policy since our IT polices do not address the control environment for ACH. D

I value anyones input as to what to include in the policy? I am not sure how much I should cover.

Also you could ask you regional ACH organization. Ours has a CD that you can get and customize your policy to your bank. I have it and love it.
