"I'm not going to spend my time criticizing him. There are plenty of critics in the arena," Bush said. "He deserves my silence."
Bush said he wants Obama to succeed and said it's important that he has that support. Talk-show host Rush Limbaugh has said he hoped Obama would fail.
"I love my country a lot more than I love politics," Bush said. "I think it is essential that he be helped in office

No matter if you like or hate the man and his time in office, you have to give Bush II credit. He is a class act. His Farewell Speech and now this - well done George!
Not all of our living past presidents would resist the chance to critique whoever is currently in office, or have.

This is an odd article because the author throws in an out-of-context Rush Limbaugh quote in the middle of the article. Where did he go to journalism school, MSNBC University?

MEGA DITTOS, Unlike say..Clinton, Carter. Exactly. Although any critiques of Bush by Clinton when Bush was in office were, at least, done with tact and professionalism, even if a former Pres. should not critique a sitting Pres. Carter however, buffoon that he is, showed absolutely no class, no professionalism, and given his beyond abysmal record as president, was certainly in no position to criticize any other president, much less Bush. Kudos to Bush for putting his nation before politics yet again.

I have (twice), and felt he was a very geniune, sincere and REAL individual (not a stuffed shirt). The coolest thing was the time I was at a conference in DC, the doors opened during the conference and in walked President Bush. WOW, it was so cool!
He justed wanted to know what we were all doing.
