How do you or do you disclose capitalize interest?

The capitalization of interest on a specific loan has been approved by our lending execs but I do not know how to handle it from a Reg Z stand point, or any other regaultion!

Unless this specific loan is being refinanced (within the meaning of Sec. 226.20(a)) or has not yet been originated, Reg. Z does not apply at all.

How are you capitalizing interest on a home purchase? Was it a construction loan which is now going to permanent?
