The company we hired to perform an audit suggested we have an ACH Risk Assessment. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start, references or a sample matrix available?

MPX has a ACH Risk Assessment Workbook that they are selling for (5230) Memeber $95.00 and non-member $190.00. You can find them at www.mpx.org. I just got it and am just starting it. I really like it. Easy way to do the risk assessment and keep with all your paper work in one book.
