My nephew is one of the 2009 recruits for the Bison football team. He'll redshirt the first year but after that I'm sure I'll be a regular at the Fargodome during football season!

It would appear that Jon's & Kate's jobs are now the show. It would be hard financially for them to walk away from that.

Me too. . .I wonder who will "win" the conflict. Sounds like Jon doesn't want a Season 5, but I'll bet they'll be back. As Kate said last night, "We can never go back." Even if they quit filming, they are so well known now I don't know how they could get back to a normal life.

Trust me, once their ratings plunge, as they will inevitably, the decision will be made for them.

He should just suck it up now, make the $$ while he can, and let time do it's thing. They'll be irrelevant in no time.

I think they should do another season and has many as they can. Look at all of the great opportunities and experiences they have been able to give their children...not to mention the money they will need to raise them down the road.

They aren't perfect, but they are a heck of a lot more decent and balanced then the octocrazy.

I hope they havent saved any of that money for kids education.... and instead Kate spent it all on crack, meth, and scrubbing bubbles

Did anyone watch the new show last night? Looks like they will be doing a show this season.

Am I the only one that thought that Kate was too happy and not her normal self during the birthday party? Usually she's complaining and yelling. She was so happy even with the bugs.

Did anyone feel sorry for Jon? He can't be Jon - he's Jon and Kate Plus Eight! Well, look at the rewards you've reaped for being J&K+8, Jon! What kind of car did he drive to the party?

Is this a publicity stunt or are they REALLY having serious marital problems? I didn't get to see the entire show and may have missed something important. (Don't try to harvest on Farm Town and watch a TV show too!)

She is soldiering on, trying to keep things "normal" for the kids. Jon is definitely going through some personal crisis. When one of the little girls said, "Daddy, don't go away anymore." His response was that "Sometimes Daddy's have to work." Clearly, he isn't "working", so that was his lame attempt to cover himself.

He looks awful.

It would be great if they could spend this season in counseling, because they have so much at stake (family, I mean). I hope it isn't unfixable.

I had never watched this show until this weekend when they had the marathon of episodes on. After watching last night I felt like someone who gawks at a traffic accident and then learns that someone was seriously injured or killed.

From what I got out of it, he no longer wants to do the show and she seems insistent on it. It also seemed that he was being left home alone with the kids a lot while she was out promoting her books and speaking.

Throughout the episodes, you could see the tension between them building. She berated and belittled him more and more as the episodes progressed. If you look at her from the first episodes to now, you can see that she has changed a great deal. She seems to enjoy the attention and the perks that come with being a celebrity.

I feel bad for both of them and for the kids.

Ratings, people.

I keep hoping that it's ratings, but I'm afraid that discord is closer to the truth. I feel sorry for them all, espcially the kids.
