Many Hats Platinum Poster Joined: May 2008 Posts: 915 Orlando, FL	Is it lawful to do this on a revolving credit account in Delaware?: "Unpaid finance charges from prior billing cycles will be added to your average daily balance calculation and assessed finance charges."
