If I am reading the reg correctly, every bank needs a Reg F policy. My previous employer had one and the Board laughed at me every year that I brought it in because our only correspondent bank was Bank of America. They may not be laughing so hard anymore. At my new employer (OCC bank), they have no Reg F policy. Any problems with that?

Yes, probably. A policy is still required.

You are here
We were told (very nicely by the OCC) that they wanted us to rewrite our Reg F policy.

One is needed.
