One of two authorized signers on a commercial account initiates a bunch of WEB ACH transfers. Other signer now wants them reversed. PayPal is holding the funds but wants us to do a reversal. If they were authorized, what code could we use? I am also concerned about us breaching our warranty if we submit a consumer WSUPP relating to a commercial account (even though they were WEB entries.) Help!
